Hi: Using a Dell >Windows XP >Logitech Web Cams :
I have installed Logitech Web cams on both computers, in
two different addresses. We tried to video conference
through MSN messenger and could not get either sound or
video to either one . We attempted to access from one
camera to the other thru the video conference button in
the action window. That not working , we attempted to try
it in reverse . No luck there.
Any one know what action I can take to correct this .
Thanks for any help . Moe

I have windows messenger 5.0.0482 and I know that it's as easy as clicking "start a video conference" under the tools. Windows Messenger also has an audio tuning wizard that helps with the voice stuff. Perhaps you should have a look at it and no it doesn't add to any installation of adware\spyware nor does it have any banners or incourage pop-ups and of course it can be configured to start only when you want it to and not every time you start windows. There are a ton of myths out there about this app but I find it quite useful, especially using the application share that allows me to configure computers all over the world.
