Rebooting after trying system restore

Hello,

I am on windows 7. i had a problem with media player after a update. I could not uninstall the update. So I thought system restore. It started rebooting. Then it going to the HP screen then reboots like that over and over. I tried getting into safe mode. It locked up then. I have searched everywhere for help. Got any ideas?

This started after i accidently plugged the cell phone headphone in instad of the pc ones. That started it not having sound on music.
