Need help with Japan level.

I am stuck in Japan level there Lara is climing up the building. At the top she supposed to jump from vertical pole on to horizontal but she just jumps over and doesn't want to grap it. So I keep killing her over and over again because she just drops down and it's very high up there.

Please help me!!!!! :o :o :o :o :o
