Cold boot problems are common on overclocked systems that rely on BIOS to increase the core voltage. Core voltage at boot is the standard voltage, and is increased at POST.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?

As Crash said. There's a beta BIOS and several ones not made by Abit that fix this, but I don't have any links offhand. I have the same problem, but I never turn off my computer, so no big deal.
