what's up people.. thanks for taking a look at my blurb

GAME: BF2 + Euro (Also have SF)

I am at a score of over 27,000 and have all my basic badges, yet I haven't been promoted to 1st Srg from Master Srg. I should have been at the end of accomplishing all the basic badges and 20,000. I thought it might just need some time to update or something but hours of playing time has passed and nothing yet. any ideas?
