Hello I really need some help. My counter-strike won't load. And neither will my Steam. On the icons next to the time..it says Steam- Updating 61% complete. But it has been like that for hours. Please help me out!

exit steam and restart it. failing that delete steam and re-install.

Could be caused with an interruptiong on your internet connection. You just need to exit then enter the Steam again, if not then you might need to restart your pc.
