this is not as simple as it may seem to be!
on a 32bit interface 1 mhz= 8mb. so with 400mhz ram you'll get 3.2gb bandwith. with 800mhz you'll get 6.4gb bandwith, but if you are thinking about rdram don't be confused. rdram operates on a 16bit interface, so you'll have to divide 6.4 by 2.
