Joint Ops Firewall Settings?

Anybody know what settings are needed for getting Joint Ops' NovaWorld
service to work with a software firewall? I can't seem to connect unless I
take the firewall down. I shouldn't have to do this.

I had this problem and had to uninstall ZoneAlarm and then reinstall. Then
all was well.

The message was never popping up and ZA said JO had full access privileges
so go figure.
