Windows 7 professional drivers for aspire 5745

Hello,
I have Acer Aspire 5745 laptop. I installed Win7 pro-32 bit. It is not detecting built in LAN card but it detects Wifi. In device manager under "Other devices" it is showing Ethernet Controller and PCI Simple Communications controller in yellow with "!" mark. Acer says they have the drivers only for 64 bit windows 7. I belive that some other soul has tried already and have the solution.....if yes please help me on this. Thanks - Erog

Have you tried Windows Updates (Assuming that you have a wireless connection available) Look under optional updates and you should see drivers for the LAN and Modem
