Joint Ops login account: CD key in use!!

Archived from groups: alt.games.delta-force (More info?)

Just updated Joint Operations to latest version. Went to login into
Novaworld, invalid user or password. Had NW email both and typed those in.
Got through login screen then asked to enter CD Key. Tried to re-enter my
CD key and it told me that the key was already in use by another account.
What's up with that. I know it worked about two weeks ago, last time I
played. I wrote Tech Support an email, is that the only way to contact them
in the U.S.. Anyone else had this problem? TIA
