Civilization 4 / Laptop Question

I have a Core Duo 1.66 Laptop with 1 GB of RAM and an ATI X1400 video system... I didn't buy this laptop to be a gaming monster, but I did expect to play the occasional game on it... that said...

Can anyone with Civilization 4 comment on how well they believe it would run on this setup? Acceptable? Great? Barely passable? I've looked up the recommended specs and I clearly exceed them, but my X1400 video card definitely worries me... any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have a 2800 mobile sempron with the sis graphics. 768meg ram with 256 dedicated to video.

Civ4 ran well enough on that to pass some time while on the road, even though I've never paid much attention to mobile graphics benches I still think you should be ok.

Good luck finding a copy that works, I had to return 3 of them before I got 2 good disks.....that was a few months ago, hopefully they worked those bugs out.
