I bought one from tigerdirect for less.

Tried it.

Found out it was horrible (buggy and just plain clumsy to use).

Sent it back.

Bought what the thera really wanted to be (Samsung i700) used off Ebay.

Love it.

Save yourself from the aggrivation cycle.
