Temporary files

In this folder

C:\Documents and Settings\XXXX\Local Settings\Temp

are the files in here safe to delete? A whole bunch of them are labeleld outright temporary. And with a 20gb harddrive I cant spare the 500mb this temp files take up.

Temp means temp.

As soon as you're finished running programs, you can delete these files or wait a day or two to make sure.
