I most recently installed the Window Program XP, I had
Window ME before the installation of xp, I used windows
me for a few years and knew what to do on the windows ME,
but I am having a problem with XP program, when I run a
scan I keep getting a message telling me to close or
shutdown any programs that are running, which I do not
know what to do to stop these programs.

In the Window Task Manager screen it states that No
Axtive Network Adapter Found?

hey man, what are you scanning with??? virus-scanner?? scandisk?? defrag?? other???

Plus in the windows task manager screen how it states "No Active Network Adapter Found" means you have no network card installed.. its nothing to worry about unless u have a network card and it isnt installed properly...
