Hi there!
I have just got "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion", and during the install i got an error that look like this:

Component: Oblivion
File: F
ata2.cab
Error: DataError
Can anyone help me to solve this problem, so i can play the game please?

Hmmm, looks like the DVD is corrupt 
I had a similar problem, when I was trying to install the newest Splinter Cell. I copied all the files from DVD to my hdd, and then I installed it directly from hdd. It helped. Try it !
