TH7II or P4T-533C?!?

This is a simple question, really... I'm going to build a computer (I'm ordering Tues or Wed) with a 2.26GHz P4 (533MHz) and RIMMs. I've already bought 512 MB worth of PC800-40 to OC to PC1066... but the question is... should I get an Abit TH7II or an Asus P4T-533C (both of which are from reputable companies)? Any comments/suggestions?

go for the P4T533-C since it supports 533MHz Bus officially and using a better DRGC 13 compared to Abit's DRGC 03

AMD is good, but Intel is more fun

PC1066 RDRAM has a latency of 32ms. Why didn't you get that?
