EMAIL OF A TYPED DOCUMENT

WHEN I TRY TO EMAIL A DOCUMENT IT TELLS ME THAT I SHOULD CHECK MY SERVER. I HAVE AOL AND IT IS SET FOR OUTLOOK EXPRESS. I TRIED SWITCHING FROM OE TO AOL BUT IT WAS WORSE - HELP! THANKS

How can you expect him to turn off CAPS? He is an AOL User...they don't
know how to turn off CAPS.
