ECS Elite K7VTA3 with Athlon XP1800+ problem

Hello,

I just put together a system with an ECS Elite K7VTA3 with Athlon XP1800+ processor. The manual says that I don't have to touch any jumpers or make any bios settings changes for the processor, but it is only running at 1150MHz right now?????

There is a jumper labeled 'CPU Frequency' on the board(very few jumpers on the board). This particular jumper is set at the default 100MHz. Is this the same as 'Front Side Bus', and do I need to set it to 133MHz to get the 1.53GHz processor speed?
