battle field 2 questions

i just have a few questions about battle field 2 that i hope someone can help me with.

is there a way to play ranked servers and only play people that are a low rank like myself as i am getting wiped?

how do you unlock the new more powerfull and accurate weapons?

do most people have a bit of trouble flying the jets and helecopters at first cos i cant keep mine of the ground for more than a min?

Servers are allows all ranks basically and just keep playing to get promoted and unlocks weapons as a reward.
