Oblivion wont run help me

at first i had the instalsheild error so i reinstalled my entire computer tonight in order to install its alienware it owns i saved money all last summer and it can nto only run it but run it at max specs. i have a 4800+ amd card and a 7800 gx nvida card after reinstalling i got the 84.25 force drivers then oblivion froze amd would not install so i fucked around with teh files copyd them form teh cd to teh desltop in a folder and finaly got it to install...... i go to play it sets my graphics to ultra super high by defualt i try and play and BOOOP what do you know another error AppName: oblivion.exe AppVer: 0.1.0.228 ModName: oblivion.exe
ModVer: 0.1.0.228 Offset: 00001c05 so yea ive been up all night trying to get this game to work and im goign to bed i hope someone can help me ( i tried making spec min it just wont start) -_- maybe i still need some kind of drivers for my computer i dont know but its really making me mad plz help ive googled for hours and anyone who ahd my problem had a shitty comp and mine is top of the line so i have no clue wtf to do ..... sorry if my spelling or gramer has sucked its 6 in teh morning and i woke up at 6 last morning so yea .....
