A7V333 ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE

I just got pc2700ram but there is no memory clock. You can set the ram to run 333mhz but not without setting the fsb too. The result is that you cannot startup 50% of the time also it will freeze or run unstable. Go ahead and try to convince me I am wrong.

Can you not set the memory settings to 4:5? I can on my A7V333. That should run your RAM at 333 without a FSB increase, no?

Same here. There is a ratio setting to independently set the FSB and memory frequency settings. I had no problems whatsoever to get the combo working, i.e. 2000+ XP and pc333/2700 ddr. I'm building another one of these combos tomorrow, and I'll check it then too.
