I don't believe the OP was looking to change the Home Page, but rather
include an option in the list similar to the "Open Home Page" link found by
right-clicking IE. The way I understand it, or at least the way I picture
it, it would be like "Open Home Page \n Windows Update \n <sep> Create
Shortcut etc."
The direct shortcut would be a good alternative though, and would not
involve registry hacks or anything of the sort, so might be a better option.
