I'm now running excel 2010 on Windows 7 (64 bit) When ever I try to use the formulas in Excel 2010 it locks up on any file.
I have dual hard drives and Raid 1 controller. I suspect it has something to do with this.
Memory is 6 MB
Computer is Dell XPS with Intel Core i7 CPU
why would you assume your hard drives have anything to do with this?
it sounds like more of a problem with excel......
Your right. It shouldn't be the hard drive. It has nothing to do with storage. I've encountered the same problem with Excel 2007. That means it has to have something to do with the operating system. I'm stumped.
I have a number of spreadsheets that will open but ribbon commands will not work. I can edit or access each cell but the ribbon, quick access bar and tabs will not respond. Really getting annoyed at this.
Moved from 2007 which I thought was great. Damn
Am running Win7 (32) and full 2010 suite. I dont think this is likely top be a hard drive problem but its all installed on an Intel SSD drive
