Gigabyte GA-7VRX

I recently purchased this new motherboard, and when i opened the manual, and looked in the bios, there was no explanation on what everything is. Also, Windows XP is loading slower than usual now. I only have 128 MB of DDR now, could this make XP slower?

Here is my questions about these options in the bios:

1. Top Performance

2. Fast Command

3. SDRAM Command Rate

4. AGP Read Synch

5. PCI Delay Transition

6. CPU Host Clock

Also, I have a duron CPU, does that support 100 fsb? I switched it to 133 but it does not boot up then. How do i get it to have 266 FSB or can I not?
