Okay, its july10. I've just agreed to join a Halo tournie

Problem is, i've never played the game.

I can get the game and practice, of course, but any hints.

My skills in multiplayer come from BF 1942, BF2, HL2, CS1.3-source

Will I have the talent?

Any tips?

Tip to myself: practice practice practice.

Don't know the maps yet but any info whould be nice :D

The tournie is July 29

have fun with that
the people that play these halo games are obsessed and is like the only game they play
and since u have never played before your screwed
ur other fps exp may come in handy but halo is different
its close range combat and distance combat at the same time

1 tip is to learn and attempt to master the sniper

another tip is to become obsessed urself and play this constantly

HaHa, yes, I expected as much.

I'm just hoping to get past the first round. If I do that I'll consider it good!

I'll keep all of you informed just for the gamer entertainment value...we all enjoy seeing nOObs fail, right?
