Gigabyte 7VRXP, how do I get RAID to work?

I've recently bought a Gigabyte GA-7VRXP and two IBM 120MB 7200rpm disks that I want to mirror. It's the first time I
do this so excuse me for any obvious blunders.

I've connected the two disks to IDE3 and IDE4 respectivly
as masters. Now in the manual it says that the FastBuild
BIOS in some miraculous way should be availible but I get
no sign of it. I just get the standard BOIS with no thrills.
I've tried ctrl-F during boot but nothing happens. What am
I missing?

Here's my setup:

MB: Gigabyte GA-7VRXP
CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2100+ Palomino
Mem: 2x256MB DDR PC2700 333Mhz
Graphics: Gainward GeForce4 TI4600
Extra sound: Creative SoundBlaster Audigy Platinum
Disks: IBM Deskstar 120GXP 120Gb 7200rpm 2Mb UDMA100
DVD: 16/48

you have to go into the BIOS and change the following setting: Integrated Periperals -> OnBoard PROMISE chip -> change from ATA to RAID

It's always the one thing you never suspected.
