Final P4 Build, any problems?

I have finally chosen all of my components, I was wondering if any of you, (all of you) could tell me if I will have any conflicts with this setup?

+ Antec Black PLUS1080 ATX Full Tower W/430W PS

Mobo:
+ Abit iT7 i845E P4 Northwood Socket478 3DDR ATA133 Raid ATX

Processor: (plan on overclocking)
+ Pentium4 Processor 1.60GHz, 400Mhz FSB, Socket 478

or

+ Pentium4 Processor (Northwood) 2.26GHz, 533MHz FSB, Socket 478

Memory: 2 x 512
+ Corsair CMX512-3000C2 512MB PC3000 370MHz 64Mx64 184 DIMM Unbuffered Cas2 Memory w/Heat Spreader (will this work on this mobo?)

or

+ Corsair CMX512-2700C2 512MB PC2700 333MHz DDR SDRAM w/Heat Spreader

or

+ Samsung 512MB PC2700 333MHz DDR Memory

Video Card:
+ Leadtek WinFast A250 TD GeForce4 Ti 4400 128MB DDR Video Card w/TV-Out, DVI

(yes this is an isuue considering the fact that the motherboard does not support legacy devices)

Does anyone know if this will work with this motherboard?)

CDRW/DVD-Rom:
+ Plextor PlexCombo 20/10/40-12A CD-RW/DVD-ROM Combo Drive

CD Drive:
+ Sony CDU5211 52X IDE CD-ROM Drive (Black)

Sound Card:
+ Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy MP3+ 24-Bit PCI Card

Get the P4 1.6A, save some money. Overclock it to 2.4GHz or higher.

Look good. Any Keyboard/mouse that has USB will work. You might want to look into wired devices as they have less latency.

I don't recommend this combo. Just get yourself a separate DVD-ROM drive and CD-RW and skip the CD-ROM drvie, there's no point in getting one this day and age. If you want to save some money, get the LiteOn 40x12x48x. I have one and it's an excellent drive. Then get a Pioneer 16X DVD-ROM drive.

Sound Card:
+ Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy MP3+ 24-Bit PCI Card

Not bad, but I would personally prefer the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz.
