Can I play the Sims 2?

I need to buy a new laptop for uni, and I had my eye on this one.. would it be able to play the sims 2? If not is there any way I could I add to it etc in order for it to be able to play the game?

If not could anyone recommend a laptop that WOULD be able to play the Sims 2, am not looking to spend more than £700 if possible.
