I don't sure what motherboard i have and i know some things about it:

in the iNFO apps it shows me this information about it -
Board: ASUSTeK Computer INC. P3C-2000 REV 1.xx
Bus Clock: 133 megahertz
BIOS: Award Software, Inc. ASUS P3C-2000 ACPI BIOS Revision 1011.A

and i can tell that i have 3xDimms 5x PCI 1xISA 1X4AGP and AC'97.

Are you sure those are DIMM slots and not RIMM slots? If SDRAM fits, they are DIMM slots and this is one of the recalled i820 SDRAM boards that suffered the MTH issue. I'm fairly certain that the "2000" model was. Other P3C's had RIMM slots for RDRAM. RDRAM was a performance problem for the PIII.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?
