Installing Windows 8 with serial?

Hi,

I have got a Windows 8 Enterprise serial key and are having some questions :

1. Where do I get the ISO from?
2. Will Windows be activated with the serial key or will I have to some workarounds to get it to work today?
3. I have the following hardware :

CPU : Intel Core i7 2600K Motherboard : Asus P8Z68-V PRO GEN3 Graphiccard: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 570 1280MB Windforce RAM : Corsair 8GB (2x4096MB) CL9 1600Mhz XMS3 1,5V OS HD: Intel X25-M G2 80GB SSD Chassi : Fractal Design Define r3 Powersupply: Corsair 650W Modulärt Printer : Brother HL-2250DN

Will this be complatible with Windows 8?

Win8 Enterprise is only available for Software Assurance customers. I don't think you are using this key legally.

Okay? Thats strange, how can I control if this key is working or not? The key is comming from the company where I work(with development). Will the key work with the pro version maby?
