PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO PLAY NEW MAPS IN MY SERVER!!!

I have tried hard and asked around to get an answere of my quistion.I will be the happiest afg killer if you can help me how to play new maps in my server![:lol:]( ":lol:")
. I create a server in steam>Tools> then detective then from there i do a server but then i can just have the old maps ![:cry:]( ":cry:")
like dust,train,assult and so on... CAN SOMEONE SAVE ME IN MY CS WORLD 8O :?:

Heh. Where are your map files located? Which folder or directory?
