It says "3x DDR-SDRAM Slots for PC2700." Does it also take PC2100 DDR-SDRAM?

Yes, of course. It does take PC 1600; PC 2100; PC2400; PC2700; PC300 and PC3200

just remember to set the speed down in the BIOS, unless you want to overclock (and deal with possible instability)
