Yes.
Recommended method:
Right click on Start and select Properties. On the Start Menu, click on
Customize. Select the Advance tab. At the bottom there is a button to Clear
List. If you choose, you could clear the box to save a list of recent
documents if you do not use this feature of Windows XP.
