directx9.0c problem

i have a problem
i have a 7600 GT card with ATHLON 64 3200,ASUS A8N-E
The problem is that after i install Directx 9.0c windows starts to show a blue screen and restarts.
What should i do??

i cant help u but maybe the manufactors might be able to answer. now if its a custom ur going to have a hard time finding the answer to that question. sry i couldnt help u
