I got the game sims deluxe edition and i've pretty much ruined all the houses so I wanted to re-install it so I could start it again but when I did it just carries on from were you left off. Then I tried system restore before I ever intalled it but no matter what date I do it to it just says it was unsuccessful. Some1 plz help me with it!!!!

When you uninstall the game you also have to manually go and delete all the save game files. Most games deliberately don't install these so that you can reinstall at a later date and carry on from where you were.
