if anyone can help i would be most grateful.
i am trying to update my norton antivirus corporate edition but it says that i cant because this facility is locked by the administrator. i dont know how to unlock this ,can anyone help?. i have also tried to uninstall norton but says i need an uninstall password! i dont know what to do. please help!

Sounds like you are signed into a "Limited User" profile on Win XP. Do you have more than one XP Profile? If you do, you would need to be logged onto Windows using and Administrator profile to uninstall Norton.
