My Abit BH6 motherboard will no longer boot. I have tried clearing the CMOS. I have tried with without the hard drive, without the CPU, and with different combo's of my RAM...all to no avail.

Basically when I power up, everything gets power, the hard drive spins up, but then it does nothing. Nothing displays on the monitor.

I have noticed that things have been "wacky" with it. For example, "SYSTEM" was now spelled "SYTEM". The Engergy Save graphic in the upper right corner was corrupted looking. Some other text on the bios bootup screen also looked corrupted.

Some times the IDE stuff didn't even display on the bootup screen. Booting into windows was getting all weird too, like the splash screen not displaying.

I can't even boot from the floppy drive.

Is my motherboard dead? :(

If that is the case, anyone know where (or what to look for) I can get a CHEAP motherboard to replace it? I got a "square" (not slot1) Celeron CPU in it.
