Havig problem with windows 7

Hello, my system have AMD cpu athlon2 x2 245-and my mother board is gigabyte m52ls3-VGA Geforce 8500 and 2 Gigabytes of RAM and power 380watt .
when i install windows 7 on my PC it wants to do some thing like restart but it is just shut down and didnt start again.
please help me. thank you

What are you using to overclock? what are you overclocking? and how high are you overclocking it? It may be that the overclock isnt stable

I don't see anything in his post about overlocking.

If you turn on the PC after it shut down does it start up OK?
