Silverado and Abit

I've heard that there might be a problem using Abit's motherboards and the Silverado 50-MkII-fan.
My motherboard is an Abit KT-7A. Is there anyone who knows if threy're compatible?

50-MkII, is that the Xeon cooler?

The original Noisecontrol Silverado is 58mm x 80mm listed on plycon's web site. If I were you I'd just measure the board that you have with a ruler and see if it would fit on the socket without getting in the way of those capacitors that are nearby.
