P4 2.0 ghz and Ram

Looking to upgrade to a P4 2.0ghz and was wondering what asus MB would be good to use? with so many chipsets out there it can be confusing. My old system also has 512mb of PC133 ram is it worth it to use a MB that supports SDRAM or does the new format of ram make a big difference. meaning the RDRAM, DDRam? Thanks in advance
