Need help!!

I just installed the norton antivirus system works into my
notebook. Now my computer has slow down by 30%.

Any one out there can help me. I need to work with my
notebook. Now every thing seem to be in slow motion.

urgent help need.... thank you

Norton products do slow computers up.. try a different AV prog..

This is just my personal opinion. I've had problems with
Norton Suites. If I were you I would try uninstalling
everything in the Suite but Norton Antivirus, from
Start/Settings/Control Panel/Add/Remove Programs. Norton
Antivirus is a good program but the rest of the suite
isn't. If that corrects your problem you may want to try
reinstalling the rest of the suite, one element at a time
and see which one is slowing you down.

You might have some of the applications from system works
loading at start up, go through them one by one and don't
have them coming up when you start windows so that you
can manually use the ones you want when you want.
I'm running NIS and not have a problem in the slow area.
