ABIT KT7a-Raid

I have an Abit motherBoard: 8363-686A(KT7[A][-RAID],KT7E) v1.0 ~ v1.2 with the 1/30/2002 bios upgrade, is this board limited to PC133 memory or can I use DDR memory? If I can use DDR, what is the maximum speed? Your answers are appreciated.

no DDR, Just SDR.
