dont know about that particular board, but all the systems i have at work use aopen boards with intel chipsets. win nt and 2000, not one problem with the board, or compatibility. i wouldnt call them performers though.

how do you shoot the devil in the back? what happens if you miss? -verbal

I guess it´s okay, but why not the Asus P4S533, it´s cheaper, more future upgrade options and has better performance!

I had a cool sig. ready, but my dog ate it!

because he has the older P4 1.4 (423 pin to be exact).
the P4S533 only supports the "newer" 478 pin P4.
the slowest P4 with 478 pin is the 1.6 ghz P4.
