Problem with geforce fx5600 vtdr 128

I don't know for sure that this is a driver problem but i think and i hope that it is.
I have msi geforce fx5600 vtdr 128 mb and i have problems with tv-out and video-in. When i connect my pc to tv i get very bad picture that flickers all the time. Once I've managed to get good picture with instaling some wdm drivers that i found on nvidia home site but after i reboot my pc the picture was bad again. Now I'm getting some massage that one of the wdm drivers calld tvtuner can't start.
Please help.
