Hi,

The default administrator account in a WinXP Home system is accessed by
restarting the system and entering Safe mode by hitting F8 at the initial
boot. It will be on the user menu.

In WinXP Pro, hit ctrl+alt+delete twice at the Welcome screen, then enter
"administrator" (as David has already stated) and the password.
