Are fans spinning?
LED lights flashing.
Any beeps?

First:
Try reseating the graphicscard and memory module(s).
It might be that they are´nt seated properly, lets hope so anyway

"The not so good scenario":
If you´re unlucky...the flash went wrong and you ruined your BIOS.
If this is the case you have 2 options (that I know of)
Contact ASUS and see if they can send you a new BIOS chip, this will
probably cost you some $$$, but it´s better than buying a new mobo methinks.

You can also try to boot the computer with a old ISA graphicscard, but somehow
I guess your mobo isn´t equipped with one, so see option 1(buy new BIOS).

hmm, I´m sorry if I can´t contribute with more, I am not that deep into
this sort of things...but hang around and someone else will probably
help you out.

Hey V,

Have you tried clearing the CLEAR CMOS JUMPER? Read your mobo manual, on what you have to do to do so(some mobo's you have to disconnect your ATX power connector/cable). If everything goes right, most of the times this will reset the bios to the default settings, and should power up(with the factory installed bios, not your new bios).

If this does not work, you should call/email ASUS regarding a new bios chip(& bios chip puller/tool, if you need a special tool).

Also if you are going to retry to flash your bios, reset the bios to "Safe Default" first, before Flashing!

Peace Out..................tile

god knows your entire system setup & he would answer your questions if he could just stop laughing
