Soltek SL-75DRV5 and DDR-333

RAM (x2) - TwinMOS 256mb PC2700 CL2.5 for DDR-PC333
Motheboard - Soltek SL-75DRV5 VIA Apollo KT333 DDR333/ATA133
CPU - AMD XP 1800+ @ 1,53 GHz
My ram runs only at 266mhz... How I can run it on 333mhz?
I have tryed almost EVRETNIG... the highet level is 280mhz..

Maybe some1 got same motheboard and same ram and can help me?

P.S. PLZ do not write "Read manual", "try to clean you ram" and all like that...

What type of ram are you using and power supply?

go to bios, ram setting and adjust the ram clock into 166
