VIA P4X333 - reviews

I'v been thinkin bout buying the P4X333 MB... can anyone here who has an experience with it give me his impression of the board? (compared 2 other boards and chipsets like Intel's 845G, 845E and so on...)
and also, does the legal issue that VIA has pose any problems 4 ppl who want 2 but the board ?

This chipset has only been tested on a reference board AFAIK... unfortunately, it hasn't been used by any mobo maker yet.

By the looks of it, I doubt we'll ever be able to buy one.
