i have gone thru some topic in forum and found that PC spec are higher than consoles.
however, why does the emulation are very (perharps too damn) slow?

is it the emulator fault?

i tried to emulate PlayStation with my PC and ofcourse it ran smooth, but when i try to emulate PlayStation2, the system slows...

its mainly the emulators fault, you cant emulate something fully on a different platform, plus remember you have windows using up resources in the background and lots of other drivers and processes working together to decode the ps2 format.

plus if your pc is the one in the sig then its not the fastest and im sure atleast 1gig of ram would speed up the emulator.
