850eMV2 with Antec 830 case "led connectors" ???

One of the connectors from the Antec 830 case does not fit the way the Intel manual says it should . It's the Pwr led.

It's supposed to go on pins 2 & 4 in the manual but there are three holes in the connector & the outer two have the wires . I suppose I'll have to move one of the wires to the center , but which one ? I'm not sure where "positive is on the motherboard . Can anyone help out ?
Also ........... The colored wires on the connector are positive , correct ?
